James P. Sullivan is the top Scarer at Monsters, Inc., a factory that collects children's screams to power the city of Monstropolis. One night Sulley accidentally lets a young girl called Boo into the monster world. As Sulley and his assistant Mike race to return Boo, they uncover and evil plot to keep Monsters, Inc. in business.
