What should I do if I forget my password?

How can I change my information?

Login to update your particulars such as email address, phone number, address and password. Once you have completed the changes, click "Save".


How do I locate a book?

Search using the book title, author or ISBN or keyword and then press the 'search' button.

How do I begin to place orders?

Please become a registered user before making purchases.

Can my order ship to other countries?

Currently, we only serve Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei but we are looking to expand our coverage in the future.

Can I buy books at your office?

We are considering establishing a bookstore but for now, My Children’s Books operates only as an online bookstore.

Can I place my order by telephone?

We can only process orders placed through the website. This is to ensure that we can process your orders quickly, accurately and that your details are kept secure throughout the ordering process.

How can I track my order?

Our preferred shipping partner is EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and E-commerce shipping solutions provider. 

Upon completing the order and successful payment, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. In addition, you will be provided with a link to track your package online.


What are my shipping charges?

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination. We offer free shipping for orders over RM100 within Peninsular Malaysia.

How long will it be to receive my order?

Orders received with successful payment are processed and packed within one to three working days for delivery.

We ship across Peninsular and East Malaysia via courier service. Lead time delivery for orders in Peninsular Malaysia is within the next three working days and seven to 14 working days for orders shipped to East Malaysia. Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During Malaysian public holidays, festive seasons and unforeseen natural disasters that are beyond our control, delivery lead time might be extended accordingly.

What happens if I do not receive my book after the stipulated delivery time?

Should this occur, please e-mail us using our contact form and remember to include your Order ID in the email.

What should I do if I am unable to receive my order at the time of delivery?

You may contact the courier to rearrange the delivery. Please note operation times of courier companies differ.
