As we strive for an excellent customer experience, all orders are processed promptly. Orders received with successful payment are processed and packed within one to three working days for delivery. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. We are unable to accept any cancellations once the order has been shipped.
Provided that you have met the cancellations policy above, the amount paid to us will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned, except:
- Product received is different from what was purchased (wrong goods are delivered)
- Product received is reasonably damaged during the delivery process
You have the right to return a purchased, eligible product if a claim is made within three working days from the day the product is received. My Children’s Books has the right to refuse such claim if made after this period. Please write to us at email@example.com stating the reason for return with photos of the wrong or damaged products received.

The shipping cost will only be refunded in the event that an oversight or error has been made by us.
